This 24th scale version of Willow Cottage was developed to meet the growing demand for 24th scale houses. It has all the features of the 12th scale Willow in 24th scale. The kit comes complete with sashes, bays, porch and stairs.

Overall Size 350mm Wide x 189mm Deep x 320mm High

1st and 2nd floors are identical featuring:
1 room @ 141mm x 162mm x 990mm
1 room @ 178mm x 162mm x 99mm
The attic rooms have the same dimensions but with a sloping ceiling.
