UK Shipping is charged at just £2.95 per order (Free shipping on orders over £35.00).
International orders up to 1kg in weight are £4.95, but larger or heavier orders are subject to individual shipping quotations - please email us at info@minimumworld.com to check before ordering. Please note that plasterware, varnishes, stains and paints may not be available to non-UK customers except when carried by specialist carriers or when packed in extra packaging. We will not generally supply these products Internationally except by special arrangement and subject to extra charges.
Please Note - from 21st May 2007 we are no longer able to ship dolls houses, basements or conservatories to non-UK addresses.
Items such as Skirting, Cornice etc. normally supplied in 450mm or 600mm lengths may be cut in half to facilitate packing unless quantities in excess of 12 are ordered in a single transaction when we will use postage tubes to send even when that means 2 packages.

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason, please email or call us on 01842 829860 for returns information and to arrange replacements or a refund. Please note that non-faulty products must be returned in original packaging and suitable for resale in order to receive full credit. Please note - if an order is eligible for free shipping, but returned items bring the order total to a figure where shipping would be charged, then an equivalent amount to cover shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Most orders are despatched from stock within 24 to 48 hours. From time to time, however, delays in despatch can occur. Where possible, we will supply part orders and hold balances of orders until new stocks arrive - if you have particular requirements regarding delivery times, please let us know and we will advise our expected despatch date and can discuss priority delivery services. You may cancel any undelivered orders at any time by telephone or email if you prefer not to wait. Please note that at busy times (particularly near Christmas), deliveries can take longer than usual, and our responses to queries may be slightly slower than usual.
Please note that delivery instructions added to your order cannot be acted upon. Our carriers, and their agents where applicable, will not guarantee to meet specific instructions and we are unable to pass them on. If you are unable to accept deliveries for any reason, we suggest that you place your order with a delivery address where it can be accepted. If any parcel is returned to us because of failure to deliver (except where the fault is clearly ours or the carriers), we will make a charge equal to the cost of postage plus VAT which will need to be paid before re-sending it.
